Language Pack?

Hi,

Thank you for your prompt response. You mean when we upgrade our lotus notes from 8.5.2 to 8.5.3 there is a language pack? Is the language pack come with the fixpack? as currently our lotus notes is 8.5.3FP2.

Beside this issues, we have another problem where there is a user, whenever he reply the email, all the receiver email will become CN=alex/OU=mis/O=sbt <alex/mis/sbt@abc.com.my>

Is this because of the language pack not installed?

Kindly please advice.
